Fuze Real Estate was built on responsiveness, integrity, and a deep commitment to real estate investors across the Twin Cities. We started in 2010 as VSM Real Estate and later brought construction in house under Construction Pros. Over time we fused property management, brokerage, and construction into one firm, and that fusion is where the name Fuze comes from.

Sixteen years later, we manage more than 500 units and over $125M in real estate assets across single-family, multifamily, and HOA properties. We help owners manage, buy, sell, renovate, and improve their investments, pairing deep local market knowledge with hands-on operations to maximize returns and simplify ownership.
