Chedie Gabarda is the Social Media Manager at Fuze RE. She began her career as a marketing and graphic designer in real estate, where she fell in love with the “behind-the-scenes” of the industry and how smart marketing and client care connect people with properties. Blending creativity, people skills, and business strategy, Chedie now focuses on elevating Fuze RE’s brand—presenting and promoting listings effectively while keeping communication clear for owners, residents, and partners. She’s pursuing long-term growth in property management because it’s a stable, continually evolving field where she can make a direct impact. Outside of work, Chedie is a musician and drummer, and she loves spending time with her toy poodles, Ellie and Kirby.
