James got his start in real estate thanks to a friend’s suggestion—and he hasn’t looked back since. After graduation, he dove straight into property management, where he found his passion for solving problems and keeping properties running smoothly. At Fuze RE, James thrives on coordinating maintenance and making sure residents and owners feel well taken care of. Outside of work, James enjoys time with his wife and friends, playing music, and discovering new restaurants and cafes. A proud Liverpool FC supporter, he’s also a big fan of great conversations, lifelong learning, and grand adventures—some of which have taken him to places like Dubai, London, and Istanbul.
