Her career began as a loan officer and assistant, but her own experience of navigating housing instability inspired her to take charge—eventually helping her family buy a new home. That moment ignited a lasting drive to guide others through the real estate process with care and determination. Xiomara entered the industry to make a difference and build a better life, and she brings that same energy to every client interaction. Outside of work, she and her partner Freddy enjoy playing volleyball, attending live music shows, and exploring new restaurants—especially if they serve Peruvian food!
